The Inner Loop North Transformation Project will replace the remaining Inner Loop Expressway with a network of city streets and create opportunities for equitable redevelopment and green space. The City of Rochester has begun the detailed engineering needed to turn this vision into a reality. Please join us to kick off the design phase, learn about next steps, and provide your input. The project team needs to hear from YOU!
