The Inner Loop North Transformation Study seeks to explore alternatives and advance recommendations for the redesign of the corridor between E Main Street and the I-490 interchange. This project will identify how the City could successfully transform the Inner Loop North corridor to benefit residents and businesses. This transformation will seek to create: active and passive green spaces; identify multi-modal transportation improvements; look for ways to increase waterfront access; and, find ways to drive local economic and community development potential.
